Most companies that sell these expensive machines give you the toner for a nice discount since you spent so much on the machine. Buy toner in bulk since you will definitely use it, so you might as well get it on the cheap. Some of the printers come with memory drives that enable you to save your files onto the printer for easy access. For example, let’s say you want to print something out, but in thirty minutes. You can save the file to the printer and then access it later at the printer and print it from the printer.

It costs over seven thousand dollars new, but with the features that it has and the amazing print speed, it is essential for our large Manhattan office.
