Why Should I Buy A Canon Color Laser Printer?

It's not for nothing that Canon has been a trusted name in office hardware and software for some time now. And if you've been making do with old HP inkjets for some time now, you really should give the newer Canon color laser multifunction printer machines a try. Now, you may be asking yourself... why Canon? Why laser? Why color or multifunction?

All these traits definitely have a place in any modern office, if you'll think them through for a second. Getting a Canon color laser printer is getting something that frees you from the shackles of constantly waiting for fresh prints to dry, terrified that they'll smear. Today's workplace doesn't really have time to waste on inferior technology! Since laser-based printers use heat and dry toner, searing the toner straight onto the page without it being liquid, it bypasses all the clumsiness of old-fashioned printing methods, allowing you to handle fresh prints as roughly or casually as you like.

And the color aspect is certainly highly valuable in almost any environment these days. While you can do without it, you'd probably find it harder to find a good printer that DOESN'T support color printing. While black and white printers can be cheaper, not being able to print color when you need it is an antiquated restriction in modern times. Alright, so perhaps you've been sold on a basic Canon laser color printer, but that doesn't mean you're ready to go all the way and get an expensive multifunction model. And why should you pay more for what you already have, anyway?

It's true that most people already have a scanner, a printer, a fax machine, and so on, all as independent units. But with all these machines comes the clutter of keeping them all around, as well as the trouble of figuring out how to use them and how to repair them when they inevitably break down. By consolidating all your peripheral machines into a single package, you allow yourself to have a single go-to machine for all your needs, whether you're printing, scanning, or sending out a fax. This seemingly modest convenience allows you to save time walking from one machine to the next, using different machines, and keeping track of them all.

Instead, you just have one thing to use, store, and keep track of. The overall result is a more efficient, effective, and simple workplace that is easier to keep in mind and work with both mentally and physically. Last of all, of course, why bother with Canon? Well, it's not like there aren't alternative companies out there, to be fair. But Canon is popular and profitable for good reasons. Being so widespread, most people intuitively know how to get around with Canon products.

If you have trouble with them, customer service is easily available, and warranties are reasonable in duration. Canon color laser printers and other products are simple but powerful, designed for a businessman (or woman) who doesn't have the time to deal with things that are needlessly obtuse or otherwise put barriers in the way of just getting the work done. Their prices are also very competitive, which isn't something you can say about all other companies competing in the market!
