HP Color Laser Printer - The Best Printers Available On The Market

Our old color laser at our bank failed us and we needed to get a new one. I was chosen to make the decision to buy our new printer. I went out and pretty much bought the most expensive one because we needed the best one. We went with the HP Color Laser Jet CP6015xh. I am glad we bought this printer as it is the best printer I have ever used and seen.

This thing comes so fully loaded it is not even funny. It prints pages in less than ten seconds in stunning quality. It has a monthly capacity of about one hundred and seventy five thousand pages. We do a ton of printing, but not anywhere close to that, probably around ten thousand which is right in the ideal zone for this printer. It comes with a memory card so that you can save print jobs to print at a later date.

It comes with five hundred twelve mega bytes, with spaces for more and other cards. This printer has five printing trays, meaning it can print five items at once which makes printing multiple jobs so quick and easy. It comes with Duplex printing, meaning that it can print on both sides. It is more efficient than other models because it does this automatically and quickly, instead of other printers where you have to reload the paper on the reverse side so that it prints the second side.

The trays are customizable to many different sizes which are great for a bank since we have many different sizes of our commercial paper (checks, money orders, etc). It can print out shipping labels, address labels, print onto envelopes, and all other sorts of paper. Surprisingly, for the cost, it is not a wireless printer which is a definite drawback.

However, it does have USB slots as well as gigabit Ethernet capabilities. Gigabit means that it is one gigabit per second speed which is ten times as fast as normal Ethernet cables to regular computers. This speeds up the print speed since it can receive the data faster from the computers. This printer is compatible with Macs and Windows so any office can use it. Sadly, it is not an Energy STAR machine like other machines so that is the second and pretty much only other con with this machine. It uses up a ton of power, but with a big bank like us, we need it, so we are stuck paying the bill.

There is a warranty that comes with the machine, but we haven’t had any problems with it yet. It is a one year, next day, on-site warranty meaning our problem would be fixed the next day by an on-site technician, so that is great. Hopefully we never need to use it though. This printer does it all of course it should for six thousand dollars. We probably could have spent less and got a good printer, but we spent the most and got the best and fastest printer out there.
